Cookie Policy

This policy explains how InPractice Health uses cookies and other technologies that store information on, or access information from, your device.

Effective date: July 11, 2026

01

What this policy covers

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and scripts. Privacy rules may apply to any of these technologies, not only traditional cookies.

This policy covers their use on the InPractice Health public website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information more broadly.

02

What we currently use

The current website uses only the essential browser storage listed below. We do not currently deploy analytics cookies, advertising cookies or behavioural tracking pixels.

Optional analytics and marketing categories remain off unless you consent and a corresponding technology is introduced.

03

Your choices

On your first visit, you can accept optional technologies, reject all non-essential technologies, or choose by category. Optional categories are off by default. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time.

We ask you to confirm your choice again after six months, or sooner if our purposes or technologies materially change. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent access to the website.

04

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the website keeps the marketing category disabled for that browser. InPractice Health does not currently sell or share website visitor information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

05

Third-party services

If a third-party analytics, media or marketing service is added, we will identify the provider, purpose and duration here and obtain consent before loading it where required.

Network requests needed to deliver ordinary page assets may still provide technical information such as an IP address to hosting and content-delivery providers. These providers process information to deliver and secure the site.
